Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 Workshop

Wednesday 22nd March 2017

Price : FREE

Overview

This workshop will provide an introduction to quality management and ISO 9001:2015, how to develop and implement your quality management system. It will give you an insight into what is involved in becoming certified, the business benefits, how long it will take to become accredited and the fees involved.

There have been huge developments in technology and knowledge and business processes have changed since the last version was issued.

The intention is that the new version of the standard will enhance the ability of organisations to improve their performance, manage their risks and satisfy their customers – not just now but for the next 10 years or more.

Key points of the workshop:

  • Understand the key features of the ISO Standard, Annex SL and the Framework
  • Understand the benefits of implementing ISO 9001
  • Understand the starting point of developing a Quality Management System
  • Understand the differences between the 2008 and 2015 versions of ISO 9001
  • Dispel some of the myths around ISO 9001 like lots of paperwork, lots of processes, spend more time on the processes than running the business
