Joanna has extensive experience in the customer service industry and is skilled at managing accounts and relationships with clients and customers.
Joanna enjoys working with people; whether clients, colleagues or members of the public. She enjoys working as part of a cohesive team with a positive work atmosphere and ethics.
During her time at ACM Limited, Joanna has been responsible for account managing 200 clients that are certified to a wide range of ISO standards. Joanna’s role includes contacting clients to arrange surveillance and re-certification audits, scheduling auditors to ensure timely visits, managing submission of audit reports, issuing of certificates and managing clients’ records.
Prior to joining ACM, Joanna worked in the social housing sector, where she was responsible for managing repairs of properties, working closely with tenants and contractors. Her role included updating systems and records, placing work orders, invoicing repairs and arranging home visit appointments for surveyors. Her position also included answering customer inquiries and updating customers with progress on work.
Prior to this, Joanna worked in two of Leicester’s principal cultural venues – Phoenix Square and The Y Theatre, where she was responsible for a wide range of functions and duties such as reception duties, taking bookings and answering customer inquiries.
