During her time at ACM Limited, Magdalena has been responsible for account managing 200 clients that are certified to a wide range of ISO standards. Her role includes contacting clients to arrange surveillance and re-certification audits, scheduling auditors to ensure timely visits, managing submission of audit reports, issuing of certificates and managing clients’ records.

Magdalena has got over 12 years experience working in a customer service environment. She supported organisations offering business advice and guidance to ensure a smooth customer journey. She has worked with Investors in People Central England and is very knowledgeable about various standards.
